Please note: results vary depending on the age and condition of the grout. Not all grout can be fully restored. Severely worn or permanently stained grout may require professional tile and grout restoration services.

How is Standard Cleaning different from Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning focuses on regular upkeep of visible and high-use areas, while Deep Cleaning targets built-up grime and detailed areas that are not cleaned as often. Deep Cleaning usually includes extras such as hand-washing baseboards, cleaning of door frames, detailed scrubbing of grout, and cleaning more hidden or hard-to-reach spots, which are not part of a typical Standard Cleaning visit.

Do I need a Deep Clean before starting Standard Cleaning?
Yes. Many professional cleaning companies recommend a Deep Clean for first-time clients so that ongoing Standard Cleaning is faster and more effective. Starting with a deeper reset allows regular maintenance visits to focus on upkeep rather than catching up on long-term buildup.
Do I have to subscribe to Standard Cleaning? What if I only want it occasionally?
Our Standard Cleaning is designed for recurring clients so we can keep your home consistently maintained. However, if you are not ready to commit to a subscription, you can still book a Standard Cleaning as long as it has been no more than 30 days since your last professional clean. After 30 days, dust, grime, and buildup usually require a more detailed service, so a Deep or Initial Clean is more appropriate. Standard Cleaning is meant to beautifully maintain an already-clean space, not to catch up on heavy buildup.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
We bring our own professional products and equipment, except for a toilet brush. If eco-friendly or scent-free products are important to you, you can usually note this at booking so the team can plan accordingly.
Many clients prefer us to use their vacuum due to sanitary reasons.
I have a big house and a budget. How does pricing work?
We can absolutely work within your budget. Instead of cleaning the entire house every visit, we focus on the areas that matter most to you. You give us a priority list, and we clean as much as we can within the agreed time. On the next visit, rotate through other areas, so your home stays consistently maintained and clean over time.
