What is included in a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?
A full top-to-bottom clean. This service includes a everything in deep cleaning, plus: inside fridge/freezer, oven, windows, blinds, interior cabinets and drawers. The property must be completely empty and scheduled after movers have removed the furniture and items, or if you’re moving in before the furniture arrives.

Why is Move Cleaning so expensive? Shouldn't it be cheaper because the place is empty?
Move‑in, move‑out, or vacant cleanings are more costly because they are labour‑intensive, require significantly more time, products, and specialized tools, and include detailed tasks such as cleaning the interior of ovens, fridges, freezers, all kitchen cabinets and drawers, washroom cabinets, and pantries; even when a home is empty, it is actually more work because without furniture we can see all the buildup and grime that was previously hidden.
Do you bring cleaning supplies for Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning?
Yes. Our cleaners bring all the cleaning tools and products.
When should I book my Move Cleaning?
The best time to book is after most or all of your belongings have been removed. The place must be completely empty. This allows our team to reach more surfaces and clean more thoroughly. Ideally, schedule the clean as close as possible to your key handover date, with a small buffer in case anything needs a quick touch-up.
Do I need a Move-In Clean if the place already looks clean?
Even when a home looks clean there may still be dust, residue, and germs left behind in kitchens, bathrooms, and storage areas. A Move-In Clean gives you the peace of mind that surfaces have been freshly cleaned and sanitized for your family before you unpack.
Do you clean inside appliances and inside cupboards?
Cleaning the interior of one average‑dirty oven, one fridge, and the interior kitchen/bathroom cupboards are included. If any appliances or surfaces are heavily soiled, additional time may be required. We’ll assess the condition on arrival, notify you of the extra time needed, and get your approval before proceeding.
