However, if the actual condition of your home differs significantly from what was described during booking, we may need to adjust the pricing on-site to reflect the true scope of work.

Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients provide a key, lockbox code, let us in or send building concierge instructions. We send a notification when the clean is complete.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped. You don’t need to provide anything.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours’ notice and there’s no fee. Late cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee to cover your cleaner’s lost time.
