What’s Included in Your Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
We take care of every detail to ensure your home or apartment is move-in ready or spotless for the next occupants. Below is a full list of the tasks included with your move-in or move-out cleaning service.
Kitchen and Dining
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe interior and exterior appliances
- Wipe down microwave interior and exterior
- Wipe inside and outside cabinets and drawers
- Wipe inside pantry and closets
- Degrease range hood and filter
- Disinfect countertops and backsplash
- Scrub and disinfect sink and faucet
- Wipe window sills
- Wet wipe baseboards
- Clean door, door frames
- Spot clean walls (minimal marks)
- Clean inside fridge
- Degrease and clean oven interior
- Clean behind and under large appliances—only if client moves them, they're on wheels, and under 35 lbs.
- Sanitize inside dishwasher
- Vacuum and mop
- Empty trash
Washroom
- Vacuum air vents
- Dust ceiling fans
- Remove cobwebs
- Sanitize surfaces
- Clean mirrors
- Scrub and disinfect sink and surfaces
- Scrub tub, shower tiles, shower door
- Clean toilet including base and behind
- Polish Chrome fixtures
- Wipe exterior cabinet and drawer
- Wipe window sill
- Wipe door handles and light switches
- Wipe inside cabinets/drawers
- Wet wipe baseboards
- Clean door and door frames
- Spot clean wall (minimal marks)
- Vacuum and/or wash floors
- Empty trash
Bedrooms/Den/Office
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe windowsills
- Dust and wipe surfaces and decors
- Sanitize high touch areas
- Clean door, door frames
- Wet wipe baseboards, doors, door frames
- Wipe door handles and light switches
- Clean mirrors
- Spot clean wall (minimal marks)
- Vacuum and/or mop floor
- Empty trash
All Areas
- Vacuum air vents
- Dust ceiling fans
- Remove cobwebs
- Sanitize surfaces
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe windowsills, baseboards, door, door frames
- Wipe door handles and light switches
- Clean behind and under movable appliances (under 35lbs, must be on wheels or moved by the client)
- Clean light fixtures if sturdy and reachable by a 2-step ladder
- Vacuum and/or wash floors
- Empty trash
Laundry Room
- Wipe visible baseboards
- Clean doors, and door frames
- Wipe down countertops, surfaces
- Clean reachable shelves, decor
- Wipe top of washer and dryer
- Sanitize utility tub/sink
- Sanitize inside washer and dryer
- Vacuum and mop visible floors
Add-Ons
- Interior windows
- Dust & wet wipe blinds (if sturdy)
- Sanitize inside dishwasher- we do not disassemble parts
- Sanitize inside washer and dryer- we do not disassemble parts
- Detailed scrubbing of washroom tile and grout (approximately 6 × 6 ft)
- Detailed scrubbing of floor tile grout (approximately 6 × 6 ft)
Please note: results vary depending on the age and condition of the grout. Not all grout can be fully restored. Severely worn or permanently stained grout may require professional tile and grout restoration services.
What we don’t clean or offer:
- Mold removal (please contact a professional remediation company)
- Tile & grout restoration
- Homes with heavy smoke damage or smoke-stained walls
- Cleanup involving blood, bodily fluids, feces, or cat litter.
- Homes with active or past pest infestations (roaches, bed bugs, rodents, etc.) and removal of dead animals
- Exterior window
- Balcony cleaning
- Cleaning of high windows or chandeliers
- Garbage removal of large post-construction debris or Garbage Removal Off-site
- Clutter Organization
- Clean Light Bulbs due to risk of breakage
- Move heavy furniture (over 35 lbs.)
- Use of a ladder higher than 2-steps
