Our rates are based on several factors, including the size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms (full and half), kitchen(s), and the overall level of buildup. To get an accurate quote, simply fill out our booking form—it calculates your rate automatically based on the details you provide.
In most cases, the price shown on the booking form is the final price. However, if the actual condition of your home differs significantly from what was described during booking, we may need to adjust the pricing on-site to reflect the true scope of work.

Yes, you can cancel your service anytime—either online or by phone. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee to help cover the cleaner’s lost wages.

Appointment Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness to both clients and cleaners, please provide sufficient notice for any changes.

Cancellation Notice:
• More than 48 hours before appointment: no fee.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before appointment: 50% of the total service price.
• Less than 24 hours before appointment: 100% of the total service price.
Rescheduling:
• More than 24 hours before appointment: no fee.
• Less than 24 hours before appointment: $50 rescheduling fee or the applicable late cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
No-Show / Access Failures: If our team cannot access the property within the agreed arrival window due to client absence or incorrect access details, the full service fee applies.

All deposits and cancellation charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes so we can offer your slot to another client.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This ensures your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and helps us prepare our team and resources in advance. The deposit is applied toward your total balance and is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule within our notice period.

• Mold removal (please contact a professional remediation company before booking)• Homes with heavy smoke damage or smoke-stained walls
• Cleanup involving blood, bodily fluids, feces, or cat litter
• Homes with active or past pest infestations (e.g., roaches, bed bugs, rodents) or removal of dead animals
• Exterior window or balcony cleaning
• Cleaning of high windows or chandeliers
• Tasks requiring more than a 2-step ladder
• Moving items over 35 lbs
• Removal of large post-construction debris or off-site garbage disposal
• Clutter organization
• Dishwashing, laundry, or changing bed sheets
• Cleaning inside kitchen or bathroom cabinets/drawers
(only available for move-out cleans, and only if cupboards are emptied in advance or contain minimal items)
• Handling light bulbs (due to risk of breakage)
• Cleaning unfinished basements
