What's Included...

Our Deep Clean service is ideal for first-time clients, seasonal resets, or homes that need extra attention. Below is a breakdown of what’s included:

Kitchen and Dining

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Wipe exterior appliances
  • Wipe down microwave interior and exterior
  • Wipe exterior of cabinets
  • Degrease range hood and filter
  • Disinfect countertops and backsplash
  • Scrub and disinfect sink and faucet
  • Wipe windowsills
  • Wet wipe baseboards
  • Clean door, door frames
  • Spot clean walls (minimal marks)
  • Vacuum and mop
  • Empty trash

Washroom

  • Vacuum air vents
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust surfaces, decors, frames
  • Clean mirrors
  • Scrub and disinfect sink and surfaces
  • Scrub tub, shower tiles, shower door
  • Clean toilet including base and behind
  • Polish Chrome fixtures
  • Wipe exterior cabinet and drawer
  • Wipe windowsills
  • Wipe door handles and light switches
  • Light Tidying
  • Wet wipe baseboards
  • Clean door and door frames
  • Spot clean wall (minimal marks)
  • Vacuum and/or wash floors
  • Empty trash

Bedrooms/Den/Office

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Wipe windowsills
  • Dust and wipe surfaces and decors
  • Sanitize high touch areas
  • Clean door, door frames
  • Wet wipe baseboards
  • Wipe door handles and light switches
  • Make bed
  • Clean mirrors
  • Spot clean wall (minimal marks)
  • Vacuum and/or mop floor
  • Empty trash

All Areas

  • Vacuum air vents
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Dust surfaces, decors
  • Clean mirrors
  • Wipe window sill
  • Wipe door handles and light switches
  • Light Tidying
  • Vacuum and/or wash floors
  • Empty trash

Laundry Room

  • Wipe visible baseboards
  • Clean doors, and door frames
  • Wipe down countertops, surfaces
  • Dust reachable shelves, decor
  • Wipe top of washer and dryer
  • Sanitize utility tub/sink
  • Vacuum and mop visible floors

Add-Ons (must be booked prior to cleaners arrival)

  • Inside Fridge (Items must be minimal)
  • Inside Oven
  • Interior windows
  • Dust & wet wipe blinds (if sturdy)
  • In-suite Laundry: wash, dry, fold
  • Interior kitchen cabinets/drawers (must be empty or with minimal items)
  • Interior washroom cabinets/drawers (must be empty or with minimal items)
  • Change bedsheets
  • Sanitize inside dishwasher- we do not disassemble parts
  • Sanitize inside washer and dryer- we do not disassemble parts
  • Detailed scrubbing of washroom tile and grout (approximately 6 × 6 ft)
  • Detailed scrubbing of floor tile grout (approximately 6 × 6 ft)

Please note: results vary depending on the age and condition of the grout. Not all grout can be fully restored. Severely worn or permanently stained grout may require professional tile and grout restoration services.

What we don’t clean or offer:

  • Mold removal (please contact a professional remediation company)
  • Tile & grout restoration
  • Homes with heavy smoke damage or smoke-stained walls
  • Cleanup involving blood, bodily fluids, feces, or cat litter.
  • Homes with active or past pest infestations (roaches, bed bugs, rodents, etc.) and removal of dead animals
  • Exterior window
  • Balcony cleaning
  • Cleaning of high windows or chandeliers
  • Garbage removal of large post-construction debris or Garbage Removal Off-site
  • Clutter Organization
  • Clean Light Bulbs due to risk of breakage
  • Move heavy furniture (over 35 lbs.)
  • Use of a ladder higher than 2-steps
