About Us: Cleaning That Feels Like a Fresh Start.

Our pricing depends on a few things like the size of your home, the number of bedrooms, washrooms, half-washrooms, kitchen etc. and the level of build up. That’s why we ask a few quick questions before giving a quote. Just reach out and we’ll be happy to walk you through it. 

We always do our best to work within your budget while delivering a detailed, quality clean. Prices may vary depending on your home’s condition and if there are special areas you’d like us to focus on. 

Booking is easy, just call or email us! We love chatting with new clients to better understand your needs, but we’re happy to communicate by text or email if you prefer.

To secure your booking, we collect a $50 deposit. You’re free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance and we’ll refund your deposit in full.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

We currently accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments through Stripe. You’ll be billed the remaining balance after the cleaning is completed.

Not at all. As long as we have access instructions, you’re welcome to be out and return to a freshly cleaned home.

We do our best to arrive right on time, but Toronto traffic can be unpredictable, especially when it is snowing. We offer a 1-hour arrival window to accommodate any delays.

We typically send one trusted cleaning professional to each appointment to ensure consistent, personalized service. However, for larger jobs or heavy duty cleans that require extra hands, we may send two cleaners to get the job done more efficiently. We’ll always let you know in advance if that’s the case.

For a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, a deep clean typically takes 4 to 5 hours for one cleaner, and 2 hours for a recurring clean. Larger or more detailed homes may take longer. We’ll let you know in advance.

Absolutely. Your trust and safety are our top priorities. Keys and access codes are handled with care and discretion, and your home will always be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Please turn it off before the appointment or provide access instructions so we can enter without setting it off.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn’t feel right, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We’re pet-friendly and always happy to work around your furry family members. If your pet is calm and comfortable with visitors, they’re welcome to stay out during the cleaning. If they tend to be anxious or protective, we kindly ask that they be secured or kept in a separate area or feel free to take them out for a walk or outing during the service.

For residential cleaning, we bring high-quality eco-friendly cleaning solutions (except for heavy-duty projects), microfiber cloths, and essential tools.

However, for sanitary reasons, we ask that clients provide a vacuum, mop, and toilet brush.

This helps prevent cross-contamination between homes, as vacuums and toilet brushes can carry bacteria, pet hair, allergens, and debris even when emptied or cleaned.

If you’d like us to use your personal cleaning products, we’re happy to accommodate just let us know. We also avoid using brooms, as they tend to kick up dust rather than remove it.

For move-in and out cleans we provide all the materials, unless you request otherwise.

For health and safety reasons, we do not clean:

• Human or animal waste (including litter boxes)
• Bodily fluids (blood, vomit, etc.)
• Dead animals or pest-infested homes (e.g., bedbugs, rodents, roaches)
• High areas such as chandeliers, tall windows, or rooftops

These types of situations require specialized equipment and training, which fall outside the scope of standard residential cleaning.
